Randy Kimball is amazed at how one small office of EXIT Realty Elite has grown in the past 15 months.

Randy was introduced to this formula in December 2003. As a mortgage consultant for over 10 years, he knew immediately what this formula would do for agents and their families.

My wife Kristy, a native of West Jordan, Utah, and I immediately jumped at the opportunity to own a Real Estate Brokerage and simultaneously move her back to her family. He and his wife sold their business and home in Atlanta within a few months and moved to Utah.
“At last,” he says, “I am an integral part of a company I can keep for life. All my energies and efforts have gone into making it a success, and also a wonderful place to work. Just recently we had a contest for our agents to qualify for a cruise to Mexico. We had fun with the contest and 13 couples qualified to go.”
If the past 22 months have been great so far, Randy Kimball feels sure that the future looks just as bright.
“According to MLS records as of the middle of July 2006, we are currently the largest office in the West Jordan/South Jordan sector of 63 offices. Our closed transactions have tripled in the first quarter of this year and our focus is to heavily increase out market share.
